This true-colour MODIS image depicts snow and cloud cover in the Great Lakes region. The visible lakes are Lake Huron (centre left), Lake Erie (lower centre left), and Lake Ontario (centre right). Very small portions of Lake Superior (upper left corner) and Lake Michigan (below Lake Superior) are also visible. The image was acquired April 6, 2002. Sensor: Terra/MODIS. Data Start Date: 4/6/02.
